Level and Temperature Alarm System Overview: The FC-40 monitors cisterns or reservoirs that supply water for a building’s fire sprinkler system and water containment tanks. It provides continuous level and temperature information on the panel and dry contacts that connect to the fire panel monitoring system. The FC-40 is ideal for applications where there is a risk of freezing temperatures. The alarm and monitoring features provided meet fire codes and standards for cisterns and fire sprinkler systems. Features: • UL Listed for the United States and Canada • System indicates in the event of temperature below 40°F, low liquid level, or power loss • Complete panel remote monitoring dry contacts (below 40°F, low level or power loss) that are able to connect to fire panel or building management systems • Temperature monitoring LCD display with adjustable alarm settings • Includes stainless steel temperature sensor • Includes low level float with 20’ SJOW cord and mounting clamp • Battery backup in the event of power loss • Panel enclosure: NEMA 4X polycarbonate enclosure with clear front and lockable latch • System has adjustable temperature set points
