Lumberton Youth Association Executive Board Meeting Minutes Thursday, June 12, 2008 7:30pm – 9:00 pm Lumberton Municipal Building Officers Present: Mark Frombach, President Pat Adornetto, Tresurer Nicole Norton, Secretary Lisa Shuster, Parent Liaison
Guests: Jim McGorry, New Tresurer Liz Tarter, New Secretary Officer Absent: Doug Schaeffer, Vice President
1. Allocation of Burlington Township Tournament fees ($2,590) across the teams that participated. a. Follow Up: Pat Adornetto 2. Golf Outing a. Reimbursement due to Steve Brown b. Email Dave Dallmer about paying for Southwest tickets i. Follow Up: Nicole Norton 3. Form 1023 – IRS Update a. Follow Up: Mark Frombach 4. SJGSL – Fall Registration Fees Due a. Amount Due - $2,424 ($140 per team x 8 team plus $69 fees) b. Online Team Registration i. Follow Up: Mark Frombach c. Online Ratings Meeting & Mandatory Coaches Meeting i. Email to coaches as a reminder 1. Follow Up: Liz Tarter/Nicole Norton 5. New Team Uniforms a. Order needs to be placed 6. Team Equipment a. Solicit coaches to see what they want/need 7. Soccer Camp a. Location – trying to get the municipal field (first choice) i. Need to get approval from Rec Committee (next meeting is June 19th) b. Registration form to “rec” coaches i. Follow Up: Nicole Norton c. Compile list of registrations i. Follow Up: Lisa Shuster
