PROJECT BRIEFING STAGE 1. Goal – Detail a summary of the project, including desired goals. 2. Analysis – Provide, purpose of the project, any constraints, potential risks, and training requirements. 3. Projects – Identify specific projects and people involved (resources) 4. Strategy – Scope of the project and outline business case; including initial estimate of budget timeline. 5. Actions – Outline the steps necessary to complete the briefing stage of your project 6. Measures – Spell out the organization’s justification to undertaking this project 7. Communication – State how the project team will communicate with the identified stakeholders
