The types of stone offered by EmilGroup are the result of continuous, painstaking selection of this exquisite material from quarries all over the world. Stones’ different origins, the variety of their vein patterning and colours and the natural signs of time carved into their surfaces delight our creativity, inspiring it to evolve surfaces equally distinctive in character and with the same capacity to amaze.

Scottish Oak
Scottish Oak is also used to produce casks for the ageing of fine Scotch whisky. In contact with the alcohol-rich product, the wooden planks absorb the substances contained in the liquid in a non-uniform manner, creating unique colour nuances. It was a collection of these ancient casks that inspired us to create boards with unmistakable, strong, characterful wood grain.
