Food vendors who do not file an application with the Health Department will not be accepted. All vendors will be supplied with a 12x12 space. All spaces will be assigned by the tailgating office on a first come-first serve basis, prior to the day of the event. All vendors will receive (4) wristbands and (1) parking space. Additional wristbands can be purchased for $5.00 in advance or on Game Day. Wristbands will be required for individuals 7 years or older. Vendors desiring to sell clothing and/or other paraphernalia bearing the University’s name, initials, tagline and/or logos must be granted a nonexclusive license to sell said items. This license must be obtained before October 7, 2016 in order to participate in Homecoming vending. Please visit http://learfieldlicensing.com/ for more information. Food vendors must apply and be cleared by the Health Department in order to participate. Applications for homecoming must be submitted to the Health Department by September 2, 2016. Food vendors must be set up for the Health Department inspection on time. Inspectors will inspect on Friday, October 28, 2016 between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm AND Saturday, October 29, 2016 between 6:00 am and 9:00 am. Vendors will not be allowed to set up after 9:00 am on Saturday, October 29, 2016. Location of inspections: T.A. Wright Stadium PLEASE NOTE: SSU Is A Tobacco & Alcohol Free Campus! No Smoking Will Be Allowed On Campus! No Wireless Speakers & Microphones Will Be Allowed Due To Game Day Interference!

Payment Information: Cashier’s Check or Money Order Only! Cash Payments can be made at the Cashier’s Office in Hill Hall on the campus of Savannah State University. Make cashier’s checks and money orders payable to Savannah State University Athletics.
