CAMP FOCUS Little Cru Football camp teaches the fundamentals of football while having fun. Kids will be grouped in the same age range and will learn offense, defense and kicking skills.
I, the undersigned, as parent or legal guardian of minor child, ______________, hereby release UMHB and the camp staff from any and all claims resulting from participation of my child in football camp. We (camp staff) reserve the right to excuse a camper if needed for any disciplinary reasons.
