4 1/2 yards for Backing (includes 4 inches all around for quilting)

Sewing machine in good working order (know of how your machine works) ¼”foot, foot pedal, cord, bobbins, etc. 6” x 24”ruler
rotary cutter with a sharp blade neutral thread for piecing
sewing notions such as: scissors, stiletto, seam ripper, needles, straight pins, etc.
CO TT ON
Prior to Class
Read over the pattern.
From Contrast Fabric, cut 12 - 2 1/2” strips then subcut the strips into 36 - 13 1/2” x 2 1/2”
