** REPORT CARDS WENT HOME WITH STUDENTS TODAY!! ** April 4-Parent Meeting in the Elem Cafeteria -See note below April 7- CAPS Day-Students in grades 5-11 will ONLY come to school for their CAPS Meeting in the High School Cafeteria. If a student doesn’t attend their CAPS meeting, it will count as an unexcused absence. NO scheduled time. Come between the hours of 10am-6pm. April 12-13- BMI and Scoliosis for grades 6th and 8th April 14-Dance Team Tryouts - See Note Below Morning tutoring is available each day in room 310 from 7:25-7:55 a.m. -On April 4, 2017 we will have a parent informational meeting in the elementary cafeteria at the following times: Current 5th graders: 6:00-6:30 p.m. Current 6th and 7th graders: 6:30-7:00 p.m. Current 8th graders: 7:00-7:30 p.m. -Due to lack of student participation, the 5th & 6th grade Game Day for
this weekend is cancelled. Thanks to everyone that helped plan and volunteered!
-The annual Jr-Sr Powder Puff game has been set for Wednesday, May 10th at 1:30 p.m. If it rains, we'll switch to dodge ball in the gym at the same time. This is our Junior Class Fundraiser. Cost of admission is $1.00. Snack cakes and soft drinks will be served for $1.00 each as well! We look forward to seeing everyone there! -Dance Team Tryouts- Dance Team Tryouts will be April 14th. Clinic/Practice will be held Tuesday, April 11 - Thursday, April 13th from 3:30 to 5:30 and Friday, April 14th, 9:30-11:30 am in the elementary cafeteria. A mandatory parent meeting will take place at 5:30 on April 11. Tryouts will held at 1:00 on Friday, April 14. Tryouts are open to current 8th-11th grade students. Magnet Cove FFA Spring Plant Sale will be open to the public on the following days: Thursday March 30 1:30-5:00 Friday March 31 1:30-5:00 Saturday April 1 8-12:00 -The Second Flash Cash Sale for Yearbooks!!!! On Friday, April 7th from 10am-6pm in the High School Commons you can pay for your child’s yearbook by check or cash. This is the last flash cash sale!!! After Friday, April 7th, you will have until April 15th to buy online. After April 15th, the payment will increase $5. Contact Kathy Martin if you have any questions. [email protected]
