DECORATING DIRECTIONS: 1. Place a double layer 10" round cake on 12" Round Gold Foil Cake Board #6694. 2. Before icing cake layers, trim a small amount of cake off the edges to create the rounded look of the fondant. Ice entire 8" cake with Buttercream. 3. Roll out Purple Premium Buttercream Fondant #17278 as quickly and proficiently as you can – to approximately 1 ⁄8" thick. Drape over shaped cake, smoothing from the center and work your way out and down the tier. 4. Apply a firm, gentle smoothing action. A vertical pinhole can rid you of any air bubbles trapped underneath. 5. Airbrush cake Pearlescent Gold #10916. 6. Using Diamond Cutters #13319, cut diamonds using White and Black Classic Fondant DecoSheets® #14408. 7. Airbrush the white diamonds True Gold #10340. While airbrush is still damp, sprinkle Gold Sanding Sugar #5548 on diamonds. 8. Using a small amount of icing, place diamonds around sides of cake as shown. 9. Using a small amount of icing, place Shimmer Powder Blue Candy Pearls #15748 and Shimmer Lime Green Candy Pearls #15738 between diamonds as shown. 10. Roll out White/Vanilla Fondant #70014 as quickly and proficiently as you can – to approximately ¼" thick. 11. Using Sculpting Tool Set #13315, cut mask, circle, and feathers from fondant and create feather texture as shown. 12. Airbrush mask and circle True Gold #10340. While airbrush is still damp, sprinkle Gold Sanding Sugar #5548 on mask and circle. 13. Place mask on top of cake as shown. 14. Using tip #1, pipe Black #9524 eye borders and eyelashes. 15. Using tip #1, pipe Neon Purple #9645 mask border. 16. Using tip #3, pipe Neon Purple #9645, Teal Green #9523, and Neon Green #9640 dots on mask. 17. Airbrush feathers Purple #5913, Teal #5898, and Neon Green #9654 as shown. Lightly airbrush Pearl Shimmer #12475 over feathers. 18.
