Market Review Baldivis Q2 2016

Its been another busy quarter for us all. The sales team have consistently achieved great results plus our property management team have performed strongly. They are steadily leasing our management properties with properties being on the market for 18 days less than the current industry average. Based on a rent of $400 per week - this is an extra $1025 in our owners pockets. It's seemed to be a long winter so far and we still have a few months of chilly weather ahead. One of our neighbors has been sneaking in and taking advantage of our sunny office space.
