TIME: Track Meet will begin promptly at 9:00 am (First call for 100m - 8:30am) Coaches meeting will begin at 8:15 am. On-site registration begins at 7:30 am ENTRY FEES: No Personal checks; $5.00 PER ATHLETE / $5.00 PER RELAY TEAM; $350 MAXIMUM TEAM FEE (Team Fee includes unlimited # of athletes and 8 relay teams). Tent Set-up: After 6:00 p.m. Friday, May 5, 2017 STICKERS: Please provide stickers for each event. (name, d.o.b. sex, club, event) EQUIPMENT: Starting blocks may only be used in the 100m finals. FACILITY: Eight-lane rubberized track; bathroom facilities; bleachers and tent areas; full concession stand; first-aid station. AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place; ribbons for 4th, 5th and 6th place VOLUNTEERS: Please have one (1) volunteer available to assist with timing of the 100-meter AGE GROUPINGS: Age is determined based upon athlete’s age as of December 31, 2017. Please make sure that athletes know their correct age group to avoid disqualification. Competition age groups: 6 & under (50m dash only); 8 & under; 9/10; 11/12; 13/14; 15/16; 17/18 ORDER OF EVENTS: Events are open to all age groups unless otherwise indicated.
