Dear Team Manager / Club Secretary, On behalf of Marlow Football Club, I have pleasure in inviting you to enter our annual six a th side tournament on the 12 and 13th May 2012 This tournament is held in the setting of Marlow FC, with its wonderful heritage and excellent playing surface. .

Saturday 12th May 2012 Sunday 13 May 2012 Under 10s Boys (Cup and Plate) Under 7s Boys Under 11s Boys (Cup and Plate) Under 8s Boys Under 12s Boys (Cup and Plate) Under 9s Boys (Cup and Plate) Under 13s Boys (Cup and Plate) Under 14s Boys (Cup and Plate) Exact kick-off times will be given two weeks prior to the tournament
Entry Fees Entry fee will be £30 for each team, subject to acceptance. Cheques, with the team name on the reverse, should be made payable to ’Marlow Youth FC’ and returned to: Mr Chris Shaw 17 The Ridgeway Marlow Bucks SL7 3LQ Entries will be limited and will be dealt with on a ’first come, first served’ basis and must be received by the closing date of 14th April 2012

Player Eligibility Age group player eligibility will be based on the age group that the team has played in the 2011/12 season. Under 7s All Players must be over 6 years and under 7 years of age on 1 st September 2011. Under 8s All Players must be over 6 years and under 8 years of age on 1st September 2011. Under 9s All Players must be over 7 years and under 9 years of age on 1 st September 2011. Under 10s All Players must be over 8 years and under 10 years of age on 1 st September 2011. Under 11s All Players must be over 9 years and under 11 years of age on 1 st September 2011. Under 12s All Players must be over 10 years and under 12 years of age on 1 st September 2011. Under 13s All Players must be over 11 years and under 13 years of age on 1 st September 2011. Under 14s All Players must be over 12 years and under 14 years of age on 1 st September 2011.
Cup and Plate Where possible a Cup and Plate tournament will be held, however, this is dependent on numbers. Naturally should a team only request entry to a plate competition and we do not receive sufficient entries we will give the team the option of a refund. Teams which play in divisions one and two are not expected to enter a plate competition.
