Site Plan Amendment

• Existing Zoning is C-O-2.5 and request development under the site plan regulations of that district. No GLUP Amendment – GLUP was amended after the Ballston Sector Plan approved in 1980– we are consistent with that designation.

• Specifically, Two buildings: - One 9-story educational and office use building. First 6 floors of MM bldg. are for MM use and spec office in top 3 floors. - One 15-story, 272 unit residential bldg. MM plans to expand into these floors over time.

• Bonus density for provision/contribution toward ADUs and LEED, as well as bonus density for MM’s uses in exchange for certain community benefits.
