General Event Information No Dogs allowed on property. No stallions, we do not have facilities to cater for them. YARDS on the grounds are limited and will be allocated on a first entered basis. Once full billets can be arranged. Farrier will be on the grounds. The OC reserve the right to limit numbers, cancel/change/combine/split a class or make any other changes. Article 611, Reservation of right. All local riders please provide a phone number or email for a named fence judge please, or help with set-up Thurs/Fri. By making a entry riders are liable for all fees, even if they do not attend the event. If you subsequently scratch, the refund policy will apply, Article 646. Please note no refund on Admin and late entry fees. Protests to be lodged at the office on the correct form with $50 Late payments – entry will incur a late fee $30/horse if money is not in the bank by 12 noon Friday 16 March. Prize Money: Paid out at ratio 1:5 starters. Committee reserves the right to substitute prize money with sponsors goods to the value of, at their discretion. Prize money may be adjusted if classes are split. RWT will be deducted off prizemoney over $500. Class 5 & 6 or 7 & 8 may run on Saturday only dependant on entry numbers. This will be advised by Tues. Prize giving will be announced, prize getters correctly attired, with winner mounted. You must attend prize giving to collect rosettes, no proxies allowed. Official Photographers only. Country TV will be onsite Please bring cash for coffee/food no eftpos available. CNC1* and above – Full ESNZ Membership required. CNC 105 may compete on ESNZ Equine Casual Registration, however must also pay ESNZ Eventing flexi start. CNC 95 Full or Introductory membership. CNC80 Full, Introductory or Casual membership.
