General Event Information No Dogs allowed on property The Event will be run under ESNZ Eventing rules. Farrier will be on the grounds The OC reserve the right to limit numbers, cancel/change/combine a class or make any other changes. All local riders must provide a phone number or email for a named fence judge please, or help with set-up Thurs/Fri. Article 610 ESNZ Eventing Rules – Disclaimer of Liability. Neither the organiser’s of this Event nor ESNZ nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way. By making an entry riders are liable for all fees, even if they do not attend the event. If you subsequently scratch, the refund policy will apply. Please note no refund on Admin and late entry fees. Protests to be lodged at the office on the correct form with $50 Late payments – entries will incur a late fee if money is not in the bank by 12 noon Friday 10 March. Prize Money: Committee reserves the right to substitute prize money with sponsors goods to the value of, at their discretion. Yards are limited and will be allocated on a first paid basis. Class 7 & 8 may run on Saturday only dependant on entry numbers. This will be advised by Tues. Refunds – Scratchings and refunds as per Article 646 Rules for Eventing Prize giving will be announced, prize getters correctly attired, with winner mounted. Official Photographers only. Saturday night function: Manuka Vet sponsoring mix & mingle free drinks & nibbles 6pm. Country TV will be onsite Please bring cash for coffee/food no eftpos available.
