452 MORGAN ROAD, MATAMATA. Fees: Class 1 – 4: $55.00 plus $15.00 admin fee plus $10 ambulance/vet. Total $80. Class 5: $40 plus $15 admin fee plus $10 ambulance/vet. Total $65. Yards: $25 Late Entry Fee $20. Bank Account: 03-0363-0273470-00 Name & Class as Reference. Dressage and Show-jumping to be held on Saturday & XC to be run in back number order on Sunday. All classes open to all age groups.
NO DOGS All riders to supply a Jump Judge. This is a condition of entry, and entry will not be accepted without a Jump Judge. Please enter in the Volunteer’s section. This event will not start until we have a full list of jump judges, hopefully you will only have to do 1 other class if you are riding. We will phone you for a name if it is not filled in. If you cannot provide a jump judge you can pay $30 and a jump judge will be provided. Competitors in Class 1 & 2 are required to have a back number holder. Available from saddlery stores. Competitors & Spectators attend at their own risk. Event is run under Eventing NZ rules, see Annex 5 for Pony Club rules. The rider must be a paid up member of a Pony Club or have read, filled in and understood the term’s and conditions of the NZPCA casual membership form and declaration. Declaration at Online Entries covers this. Overnight yards available @ $25 strictly allocated on a first entered paid basis. Only competition horses are permitted on the grounds The organising committee reserve the right to alter conditions, schedule and timetable. Classes may be split subject to entries. All times will be approximate. Please nominate which Club you belong to for WAPC Leaderboard, in special requests. No Refunds/scratching without vet/doctors certificate. No refund on Admin fee/Equestrian Entries fees/Yard fee’s. Unpaid entries on 13 Feb will not be put in the draw and wait-listed if Event is full. Late entry fee will apply.
