CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Entries to be made online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz - absolutely no phone entries 2. Bank account for internet banking Manawatu Pony Club – 03 – 0626 – 0592909 – 025 PLEASE NOTE: ACCOUNT NUMBER HAS CHANGED 3. Late entry fee $20.00 please contact Event secretary before entering, as some classes are restricted to numbers. 4. All entries to be accompanied by correct entry fee. Internet banking only available. Only fully paid entries will be included in the draw. 5. MPC adheres to the Fair Play Charter, and asks all entrants to respect those ideals 6. Competitors and spectators enter grounds at their own risk. 7. Absolutely no dogs or elimination will apply and you will be told to leave the property immediately. 8. All classes run under ESNZ Eventing rules and Annex 5 NZPCA and NZPCA General Regulations. 9. NZPCA Approved hard hats must be worn at all times while mounted. 10. Gear Inspections: 1. Class 1 & 2 Compulsory for Cross Country phase 2. Class 3 – 6 Compulsory for all phases. 11. Back protectors compulsory for cross country phase.

12. All riders must nominate a fence judge or entry will not be accepted. 13. The Organisers reserve the right to make any changes they consider necessary. Classes may be combined or split subject to entries. 14. Protests must be made within 30 minutes of the posting of the final score and accompanied by a $50 deposit, refunded if protest is upheld. The decision of the Judicial Committee is final and binding. 15. No confrontation with judges or officials will be tolerated; such action may lead to elimination. 16. Refunds less 20% if notified before 7pm on 19th May 2017. Refunds after this time will only be given after if accompanied with Vet/Doctors Certificate. No refund for late entries. 17. Course will be open to walk from 1pm Saturday. 18. Cancellation will be notified through Facebook and emailed. 19. A competitor eliminated for any reason must leave the course at once and has no right to continue. The competitor must walk his horse off the course, either mounted or dismounted. Under NZPCA Annex 5 rules, any fall on the cross country is elimination. 20. Horses and riders are not required to be members of ESNZ. Non Pony Club members must sign the agreement for Casual Membership of NZPCA on the day. 21. Prize giving for Classes 1, 3 & 5 will available 30mins after final results posted. Classes 2, 4 & 6 at the conclusion of the competition. 22. Grading for introductory to open classes: The grading/handicap system comes into effect only when a class has eight (8) or more competitors. Combinations, which have been placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in SIX events of that level or higher, must move up to the higher level, or ride in that level with 10 penalty points. If a competitor moves up a level and is placed, the placing counts as one (1) of the six (6). 23. No camping available on grounds. Camping available at Kyrewood Equestrian Centre or Manfield Park. h
