Matthew 12-33-37

Life Group Questions (Matthew 12:33-37) 1. Read Matthew 12:33-37 and Matthew 15:18-20. What stands out to you? What questions come to mind? 2. Have you ever thought about Christians being judged? Read Revelation 20:11-15 to get a vivid picture of this. Why is it important to know that we will give an account of our lives to Jesus? 3. Take a look at the chart comparing religion and the gospel. For each point take an honest look at your life and share where you land - either religion or gospel. 4. In your own walk with Jesus do you usually deal with the fruit in your life or do you get to the root of the issue? Have you noticed God transforming your heart? Do you see the fruit of that work? 5. Do you talk about Jesus? Why or why not? Read John 14:26 and John 16:13-14 to see how the Holy Spirit helps us in this. 6. Spend some time in prayer. Thank Jesus for who he is and what he accomplished for you. Pray that you would love and talk about Jesus. That God would radically transform your heart.
