Meeting called to order by Rash. Prayer offered by Members present: Rash, Fincher, Slick, Walker MOTION by Fincher and seconded by Walker to hire Curtis Carter as a teacher as submitted by superintendent. AYES 4 MOTION CARRIED MOTION by Fincher and seconded by Rash to accept resignation of Linda Barrett as submitted by superintendent. AYES 4 MOTION CARRIED MOTION by Walker and seconded by Slick to hire Vickie Johnston as a teacher as submitted by superintendent. AYES 4 MOTION CARRIED MOTION by Fincher and seconded by Slick to adjourn meeting. AYES 4 MOTION CARRIED Next meeting is scheduled for June 21, 2017 at 5pm in the board room.
