Reserving your 2018 2 stand location
Space Selection and Rebooking Process The exact positioning is based on your booking history with us including the size of the stand you have booked in the past and the number of years you have been a customer with us If you want to discuss this with the team at any time please use the contact information for your sales account manager (located on page 4) or come and see us at Medtec Europe on the Exhibition Sales Offices in Hall 3, 3F51 This is a four stage process: 1 Rebooking for the 2018 event will open end of March - nearly 2 weeks before the show opens.

This process where exhibitors are guaranteed this pre-selected location will continue to the end of the first day of Medtec Europe 2017 (April 4th, 2017)
3 On the second day Medtec Europe 2017 (April 5th, 2017) any exhibitor with more than 30 loyalty points (based on number of years they have been a Medtec Europe exhibitor and the number of VTXDUHmeters they have booked) will be abOHto request a new stand location.
4 On the third day of Medtec Europe 2017 (April 6th, 2017) any exhibitor will be able to request a new stand location.
At this point all exhibitors will be able to book the stand pre-selected for them by returning a signed contract for that location. All Exhibitors benefits from a cool-off period whereby they can cancel the booking without incurring any costs up until May 05, 2017
