a Need

What does the County Need ?

What does the Community Need ?
o
What do the Users need ?

What else ?
a Site •

o
Where will the building be constructed?
We have a Site; what do we need? a NEED : A Need is defined by a PROGRAM • List of Spaces •
Size of Spaces
•
Special Considerations
So how do we create a Program ? o
Visioning ! An opportunity to share your thoughts about : • • • •
o
•
the PROJECT the BUILDING the SITE
There will be 3 break-out areas •
choose any of the three areas to start
•
each break-out session will last for 15 minutes
•
at the end of 15 minutes, please rotate to another area
The GOAL is to have every community member participate at each of the three breakout areas
At each area you will be asked to share your thoughts about one of three questions County Staff and the Design Team will be present to :
•
• Listen • Facilitate discussion Document thoughts and observations
5. Three visioning sessions were provided and divided among 3 breakout areas with each area focusing on discussion of a specific project related issue. Each session lasted 15 minutes afterwhich participants rotated into the next session. County Staff and the Design Team were present at each visioning session to listen, facilitate discussion and document thoughts and observations. 6. Visioning Session topic included: a.
