Details The graduation rate is the percentage of a chapter’s initiated undergraduate members who graduate within 6 years of their association date. This will be based on the members who joined 6 years prior to the assessment year (i.e. for the 2018 Borradaile Challenge, members that joined during 2012 will be used as the data source). Associate members that do not initiate will not affect this rate.
Associates recruited are initiated
If an individual has been either retained or recruited as a graduate member, those cases will be addressed on a needs basis with the chapter’s Success Manager. This is a percentage of associates that join during the assessment calendar year that get initiated within the same assessment year. Members that join the Fraternity during the calendar assessment year (i.e. 1/1/201812/31/2018) will have their initiation run (1/1/2018-2/1/2019) to allow for holdover initiations due to grades during the Fall term.
