OE Spring Seat/ Adjuster Assemblies

1. Disassembly a. Remove OE retaining plate and save for reuse. b. Remove OE spring seat/adjuster assembly and save for reuse. Note direction of installation for reassembly. WARNING: Do not change adjuster setting! WARNING

c. Reinstall OE spring, ensuring it seats over valve stem. d. Reinstall OE spring seat/adjuster assembly. e. Reinstall OE retaining plate. 4. Final Testing Vacuum testing at the port(s) indicated holds the recommended minimum 18 in-Hg.

c. Remove OE spring, set aside for reuse. d. Remove and discard OE supply pressure regulator valve. 2. Bore Reaming Ream supply pressure regulator bore (for reaming instructions/reamer care, please visit www.sonnax.com). Sonnax reaming tool kit

F-88740-TL2 and VB-FIX are required for this operation.

3. Installation & Assembly a. Thoroughly clean valve bore and body, removing all debris.
