TUES/ THURS: APRIL 11TH- MAY 4TH Have your middle school athlete learn the proper form and technique associated with the demands of sports. The main goal of strength and Conditioning is to prevent injury and prepare young athlete’s physically for competition. This 4 week clinic will teach your athletes the basics of strength and conditioning, and provide them the building blocks to succeed as a wellbalanced athlete. This clinic will help prepare 8th grade athletes for the summer Strength and Conditioning Program at the CAT. LOCATION: CAT Instructed by strength & conditioning coach Jessica VandenBerg MS, AT, ATC and current Catholic Central High School Athletes

5:30PM - 6:30PM PROPER WARM UP FUNCTIONAL FORM • Squat • Lunge • Hip Hinge • Jump Landing

JOIN US! CORE SPEED AND AGILITY DRILLS • Ladder Routine • Acceleration/Deceleration • Proper and Safe Cutting technique • Relay Games
