Millbrae AYSO Region 145 AYSO's Mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs, which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies:

Burlingame CA Approval of October’s meeting minutes Division Coordinators – current status/make-ups in December • U5 (Jeff Spicker) • U6 (Gary Post) • U8 (Lac De Souza) • U10 (Dominique Foy) • U12B (Mike Marano) • U12G (Nate Osgood) • U14 (Pat Mauro) • U16-19 (Lili Johnson) Old Business: • Millbrae Cup – date, seeding, awards, etc. o Contingency planning for rainouts, playing U10 on U8 fields, if weekend is rained out, than random draw for one U10B and U10G team for Area Tournament • Area Tournament – seedings, mandatory meeting for participating teams 11/29 San Bruno Rec center @7PM • Winter league planning – budget, website, recruitment, ref coverage o U10 - Set o U8 – proposed • Spring league planning – teams, recruitment, field request • New RC selection committee • EXPO o 3/3 - 3/5, Rio Hotel, Las Vegas Nevada o Goal is to have ALL board members attend • Player rating meeting – findings o Consensus for Beverly Hills AYSO approach? U10+ meetings done per-division, reverse serpentine pre-seed w/o coach child, coaches evaluate and balance teams, which are then assigned randomly • Volunteer end-of-season party, sometime in January, 16 Mile House New Business: • eAYSO to Blue Sombrero changes - information • BAYEX (Foster City’s Winter League) – no field availability to participate Reports: RC (Sam Habash) • Area report • Park and Rec commission meeting, updates on tennis courts and user group meeting RRA (Sherman Lam)
