Burlingame CA Approval of November’s meeting minutes Guest: Stephen Laspina of Office Depot to talk about store purchasing cards New Business: • Work on regional calendar for 2017 • Approve vouchers for each elementary school + Taylor to play ($575) • CDC concussion training is now mandatory • Banner over Taylor for next registration Old Business: • Winter league report • Spring league planning – teams, recruitment, field request o Reg 1/27, with late reg deadline 2/10 • EXPO: 3/3 - 3/5, Rio Hotel, Las Vegas Nevada • Player rating committee • Volunteer end-of-season party, sometime in January, 16 Mile House • eAYSO to Blue Sombrero changes o website change, registration system changes • New RC selection committee Reports: RC (Sam Habash) • Area report • Park and Rec commission meeting, user group report RRA (Sherman Lam) RCA (Dominique Foy) Treasurer (John Lee) Registrar (Wendy Little) CVPA (Craig Robson) Safety Director (Steve Chinn) Adjournment
