SUMMER FAIR 2015 Bank Balance £1805.35 Dates for the dairy:- Mufti Days 22nd May “wear something bright” bring Toys and get House points 19th June “beach theme” shorts, t shirt or summer dress (no flip flops) Summer Fair Agreed 50p entrance for adults only 27th June 2015 Start 12pm Finish 3pm Theme Summer time (day on the beach) Volunteers for Stalls Need help with stalls – asked Julie to put on News Letter asking for volunteers - Maxi to go round the playground recruiting moms and dads, MG also asked Mrs Turton if she would ask staff if they would help out, put a list together. Outside Sellers Already Confirmed 2 outsiders have asked for stalls I have charged them £15 each – MG to get book Got a few moms booking too only charging them £5 a stall – possibly 3
BBQ Spoke to Chris Shepherd he will do BBQ, but needs to do health and Hygiene FOMW will cover this, MG to chase him to see if he has booked on the course and price. Licence for Bar – Tony Potter sorting £21.00 Risk Assessment – Tony Potter e-mailed he will assist Items at Fair Penalty Shootout - Mrs Bailey said she will get a mascot in to do Penalty Shoot out Gymnastics display – Mrs B to speak to Lisa Stalls to be covered – 1 hour slots Front Door x 2 people Bar – (Pimms bar) x 3 people Tea and scones and Strawberries and Cream x 2 people BBQ Chris to cook needs 3 helpers per hour Hoop Bottle x 1 Toy Tombola Tracey Woods - said she would do the 3 hours Bottle Tombola x 2 people Bouncy Castle – Maxine to book and will be manned by the Cheeky Chimps peoplpe Cakes Sweets ask Mrs Turton Quick Sale – Drinks/ Haribo Toria to look at makro for prices Hook a Duck Skittles Lucky Dip Pick a Straw Outside Seller X 2 Coconut Shy – use table and traffic cones Candy Floss Ice Cream Samosa Candy floss machine 50p Pop corn machine 50p Bouncy castles £ for 5 mins Gladiators £1 for 3 goes Donkey Rides £2 per rider Sand pit – Mitchell to sort out Umbrellas and Desk Chairs – Mitch to have a look in Asda First Aiders Adam & Emma Johnson Confirmed Rock Nicola has found a shop that sells rock we will order plain and put a sticker on saying “Manor Way Summer Fair 2015” Ask Sue if she would make stickers for us. Program -Kids to have a competition design a poster bring back to school for Monday 1st June, we will judge at next meeting. Sweet Cart – did Miss faux bring one last year? Mrs Turton will check? Maxi to ask sister if her friend can loan us one. AOB Year End Toria to do book and we will ask Chris Tibbetts to check them over. Max to check time donkey will arrive Max to check if bouncy castles and the slide, gladiator will be manned or do they need help. NEXT MEETING WILL BE ON THE 3RD JUNE HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE
