MISSION COMPLETED: ASIAN NOODLE SMACKDOWN Our challenge to food lovers last week: Pick a favourite Asian noodle dish and share it. While pho is a fan favourite and Vancouverites are slurping oodles of udon, ramen reigns supreme. You shared hundreds of bowls of it via Gastropost in recent days. Looking at your beautiful photos each week, we’ve learned that Vancouverites love their lattes — the lovely foam, the soothing smoothness, the gentle jolt awake. (It’s even claimed that the variation made with Earl Grey tea, the London fog, was invented right here in Vancouver.) This week, your mission is to enjoy and share a warm drink you love. And since we realize the latte is the favourite to win, we’re pitting it against all competitors! Whether it’s espresso, mulled cider or of course a latte, vote in this contest between Team Latte and Team Everything Else by grabbing a favourite hot bevvie and sharing it with the Gastropost community.
