1. Approval of April 10, 2017 Board of Education Work Session changed to an Official Board of Education Meeting to adopt the 2017-2018 Budget. 2. Applications for Use of Facilities: (a) Request from Cindy Carroll, Pee Wee Wrestling Secretary, for use of facilities on November 28, 2016 for Pee Wee Wrestling Registration. (b) Request from Cindy Carroll, Pee Wee Wrestling Secretary, for use of facilities on 2/21/17 for Pee Wee Wrestling Play Night - 2/22/17 snow date. (c) Request from Cindy Carroll, Pee Wee Wrestling Secretary, for use of facilities on 3/9/17 for Pee Wee Wrestling Fundraiser – Spaghetti Dinner. Courtney Widrick – substitute teacher, teacher aide Cierra Hoch – substitute office, teacher aide, food service pending fingerprinting clearance. Christopher Boulio – substitute teacher Jaycee Herzberg – substitute teacher – pending fingerprinting clearance.
6. Approve new substitute teacher rates effective December 31, 2016. $75.00 no college $80.00 bachelors degree $90.00 masters degree 7. Accept resignation of Phyllis Gaines as Records Management Officer effective 11/17/16. 8. Appoint Brenda Shelmidine as Records Management Officer effective 11/29/16. 9.
