Hurricane Warning in effect from Port Mansfield to Sargent, Tropical Storm Warning in effect from Matagorda to High Island Hurricane Harvey is currently a category 1 hurricane and the National Hurricane Center has predicted that it will become a category 3 hurricane by landfall.
