WHY IS PROOF IMPORTANT? European law recognizes three forms of electronic signatures: simple, advanced, and qualified. In practice, the simple electronic signature does not prove the reliability of the process, and is not reliable enough to count as proof in a court of law. The qualified signature is too stringent, and is rarely used by the general public. The advanced signature, accompanied by a proof file (including the electronic proof agreement, the acceptance of the contract terms, consent, the validity of the signatures at the time of signing…) that is established and archived in conditions that guarantee integrity, offers the best balance.

Secure client space
MTP can handle all contract scenarios, using either predefined configurations, or a custom solution developed by Morpho or its partners. MTP manages synchronous (a single step) and asynchronous (several steps: adding IDs, multiple signatures…) contract processes.
Optionally, MTP includes a secure client space, where users can access their contracts awaiting signature, for uploading documentation such as ID scans, for example.
Adaptable authentication
Timestamping MTP timestamps each signature to guarantee the time and date of the agreements.
