MOTOR CITY KNIGHTS LACROSSE REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY I/We (print)
are aware of and agree to the Parents/Guardians
Motor City Knights Lacrosse Refund Policy. As Parents/Guardians of Participant
We agree to the following conditions stated below.
Dec 1st - Feb 1st Feb 1st - March 1st March 1st – July 1st
= Full Refund = Registration fee less $75.00 (admin. fee) = No Refunds will be given
No Refunds given if your child is removed from the team for violating the team rules and policies. See also (Motor City Knights/VLA Code of Conduct) Also I/We agree to return any borrowed/rented property of Vision Lacrosse Academy or Motor City Knights Lacrosse the Head Coach within 48 hours of my child’s termination of participation. This includes any and all lacrosse equipment issued to the participant whether at a camp, clinic, tournament, or regular season. Failure to return Vision Lacrosse Academy or Motor City Knights Lacrosse equipment will result in legal action for which I/We will assume all associated legal costs. I/We will also be obligated to pay for lost, stolen or damaged items due to neglect. Reasons for removal of the participant by Vision Lacrosse Academy or Motor City Knights Lacrosse may include disciplinary reasons, attendance policy violations, player code of conduct violations, parent code of conduct violations or voluntary termination on the participant’s behalf.
