PLAYER REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

1. Players withdrawing prior to July 1 will be issued a full refund. 2. After July 1st, a $20 processing fee will be non-refundable. 3. After August 1st the $20 processing fee plus the $17.50 AYSO National Registration Fee. The cost of the uniform will also be deducted from any refund unless it is return unused. Any player who withdraws on or after the first game of the season or anytime thereafter shall not be entitled to a refund. 4. If Montebello Region 1065 is unable to place your child on a team, you will receive a full refund. 5. All refunds will be processed after OCTOBER 31st. All REQUEST MUST BE IN WRITING AND INCLUDE:      
