Step 1 — Motherboard

 Follow removal of rear housing guide. This should be your starting point.

Step 2 

Using your fingernail or an opening tool, peel back the first layer of tape, located toward the left side of the phone. The circuit wiring should peel away with the tape. If not, remove the circuit wiring from the terminal.



Peel away second layer of tape and smaller circuit wiring.

Step 3

 Use caution as this wiring is extremely fragile.

Using tweezers, remove wire connecting motherboard to small circuitboard at the bottom right of camera housing. Remove each head of the wire individually.

Pry up motherboard using opening tool to pry circuitboard away from two clasps on the left side of phone.

Step 6 

Pull camera up from rear housing of phone using fingers.



Remove final circuit from terminal on the bottom side of the motherboard using the opening tool.
