Step 1 — Battery



Remove SIM card tray.

Remove those two pieces rubber cover.

Step 4



Release the connectors under the covers.

Twist off the screws and remove the middle housing from front assembly.

Step 6



Remove logo because the flex under the logo is sticking on the back of the battery. We have to get it loosen.

Loosen the flex cable extremely gently. The cable is adhered to the battery and is very fragile. Make sure to unstick this cable prior to prying off battery.

Step 8



Lift one of the two battery adhesive tabs and pull firmly and steadily toward the bottom edge of the phone, until the adhesive strip slides all the way out from between the battery and the phone.



Repeat for the other adhesive tab.



Remove the battery.
