-WHITE HAWKS SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMCoach Administered, Team Oriented, Intense Lifting and Conditioning Workouts!! ALL training sessions for both HS and MS Levels will be held in the Mound Westonka High School Weight Room.

The White Hawks Summer Strength & Conditioning Program will combine ground-based multi joint lifts (bench, squats, cleans), cave-man training (battle ropes, tires, Iron Man/Woman, etc.), sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and agility development. The focus will be on learning to compete as a team, and most importantly develop mental and physical toughness through every workout.
