PRIVACY POLICY This Privacy Policy is provided in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), to inform you that 1.-The party responsible for the protection of Personal Information PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter Club Premier), which address for service of process is Capital Reforma, Torre A - Piso 20, Colonia Paseo de la Reforma Norte 250, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, Juárez, C.P. 06600, en la Ciudad de México, Distrito Federal, is responsible for handling and protecting all of the information we collect from or about you and/or your child or ward (hereinafter the Personal Information). 2.- Our Privacy Office Club Premier has formally appointed our Privacy Officer to carry out the following duties, in conformity with Article 30 of the Federal Lawon the Protection of Personal Information Held by Private Parties: • Answer requests received from the owners of Personal Information to exercise their rights, and Promote and ensure the protection of Personal Information in our possession. • Please feel free to write to our Privacy Officer about matters related to our handling and safeguarding of your personal data at: [email protected]. 3.- Personal Information we collect We will collect Personal Information in the following categories for the purposes described in section 4 (four) of this Privacy Policy: (i) identification, (ii) contact, and (iii) financial data, in regard to : 3.1.- Sensitive Personal Information We only collect the sensitive Personal Information you personally provide for air transportation services. We do not obtain this information by any other direct or indirect means. 3.2.- Personal Information about minors and individuals subject to interdiction We are primarily interested in safeguarding Personal Information about children and people subject to interdiction due to mental incompetency. The Personal Information we collect about minors must invariably be provided by their parents or guardians, and will be safeguarded and handled as strictly confidential.

3.3.- Personal Information about third parties You must first obtain the consent for the information you provide about third parties and advise such third parties about where they can read our entire Privacy Policy. 4.- Why we collect your Personal Information We collect your Personal Information for the following primary and secondary purposes: a) Primary purposes are those associated with the legal relationship existing between you and Club Premier, such as: • Your enrollment in Club Premier; • The provision of Club Premier services and/or benefits; • Access to our facilities; • Access to our Salón Premier airport lounges; • Earning and/or redeeming Premier Kilometers; • Quotes, reservations, shopping, cancellations, changes, refunds, returns, ticket issues and receipt of the same; • Respond to requests for award ticket refunds; • Identify Club Premier members, before, during and after they earn and/or redeem Premier Kilometers; • Provide information about the products and/or services offered; • Participate in auctions and drawings; • Answer questions and reply to requests for clarification sent by chat or some other means; and • Record calls in our Call Center. b) Secondary purposes are those that are NOT related to the legal relationship existing between you and Club Premier but are nevertheless significant and useful for us, as they include: • Offering products, services and promotions by email, telephone and/or mobile apps; • Sending surveys by email to evaluate services and/or benefits; • Marketing and advertising; • Market research with Club Premier affiliates; • Providing bank, financial or insurance products, as appropriate, including our own or those promoted by Grupo Aeroméxico affiliates or third-parties. • Informing or inviting you to participate in our social, charity and not-for-profit events and activities.

4.1.- Opt out of Sharing your Personal Information for Secondary Purposes If you do not want your Personal Information to be shared for one or all of the secondary uses listed above, you can deny such consent by sending your request to our Privacy Officer, who will instruct you on how to exercise this right. Denying consent does not prevent us from providing you with the services or products that you request or buy from us. When we receive your Personal Information indirectly, you will have 5 (five) business days to enforce your right to deny consent of sharing your Personal Information for secondary purposes, as appropriate. If you do not refuse your consent, we will understand this is as your acceptance of sharing your Personal Information for secondary uses, without invalidating a subsequent decision for you to exercise your right to withdraw your consent in the manner described in sections 6 (six) and 7 (seven) of this Privacy Policy. 5.-Sharing your Personal Information In order to comply with the primary purposes listed in section 4 (four) of this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information may be shared with the following parties or entities without your legal consent according to Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Private Parties: • Companies with which we have or will sign agreements, to provide you with benefits you may choose to contract. These include car rental companies, recreational and entertainment companies, information technology firms, retail companies, air transportation companies, client and prospective client call centers, and financial, banking, and credit institutions; restaurants and hotels, courier companies, supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, and price clubs, and ground transportation businesses. • Authorities, to comply with applicable legal provisions, clarify incidents or exercise any right. • Companies that belong to Grupo Aeroméxico operating under our internal processes and policies to provide you with better service and meet our internal standards. These companies establish administrative, technical and physical safeguards that allow us to protect Personal Information against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or any use other than as indicated in this Privacy Policy. • Doctors, paramedics and health service providers, if an accident, medical emergency or health-related situation occurs, in order to provide you with proper care and assistance.

On another note, your consent is required for us to share your personal identification and contact information with the following entities: • Market research and survey companies, and those advertising trips and travel destinations; • Financial and insurance companies to offer you products and services; • Advertising companies and those engaged in promotional activities to inform you of trips, travel destination and ticket promotions; and • Companies offering tourist-related activities to promote accommodation services and advertise domestic and international travel destinations.

If you do not deny consent to share your Personal Information for these purposes, it is understood that we have your consent. You can refuse consent to share by sending your request to our Privacy Officer, who will instruct you on how you should proceed to exercise this right. 6.- ARCO Rights. Under the terms of the applicable regulations, you have the right to know what Personal Information we have about you, what we use it for, and our conditions of use (Access). You are also entitled to to request correction of Personal Information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to remove it from our records or databases if you believe that it is not used correctly (Cancellation); and oppose the use of Personal Information for specific purposes (objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights. You must send an email to our Privacy Officer, to exercise any of your ARCO rights, who will inform you about the procedure and requirements you must follow, and our response times, and advise you of how we will comply with your request while answering any questions or address and complaints or comments you might have in this regard.
