Tournament Facts Sheet The Na Hoa Cup is a non-sanctioned community event to promote competitive soccer on the Big Island. The small-sided 5v5 format provides high pressure, fast paced tempo, to challenge players to use their individual skill set. Na Hoa O Puna Soccer Club uses this opportunity to train our players to officiate and advocate good sportsmanship. A portion of the concession proceeds go to help our teams travel and also goes towards our Na Hoa Scholarship Fund.
5v5 Format U8-U14 Boys and Girls Divisions 3 game minimum Awards for 1st and 2nd place Overall Club Winner - Na Hoa Cup
General Rules
No Offside - You may score anywhere on pitch including corner kick and kickoff. Field Size - Approximately full basketball court size. Goalkeepers for ALL divisions, U8 – U14 No throw in - Will use kick-in method. 20 minute games during pool play. 25 minute games during elimination rounds and finals. Goal Keeper must serve ball on his half of field. No drop kick. No double roster of players. Players must have valid proof of age at all times.
