If not doing the BOM, a pattern is available for $12. Fabric requirements: Each month’s class – bring the kit from the previous month. OR Bring a variety of fabrics: scraps, fat eighths, fat quarters in colors you would like for your quilt, as well as background fabric. For the first month you will need 3¼” x 21” strips for star blocks, plus 3/4 yard background fabric Cutting preparation before each month’s class: Cut colors and background out before coming to class according the Cutting: instructions on each Row’s pattern.
Sewing Supplies: Sewing machine - well oiled in good working order with a new needle. Cotton threads and threaded bobbins Pins Scissors Seam Ripper Rotary Cutter with Sharp Blade Ruler and mat Quarter-inch presser foot is helpful! You will be given more suggestions for useful supplies in the classes.
