A If making straps from outside fabric as shown on pattern. 1 ¾ yard for exterior 1 ½ yard for lining
B If making straps from coordinating fabric as per model at Lucky 2B Quilting. 1 ½ yard for exterior 1 ½ yard for lining ½ yard of coordinating fabric for strap
Don’t worry, inside pockets may need to be pieced.

Prep to complete BEFORE Class Read these instructions before starting, then follow the pattern instructions through the step: “Quilted Sandwich.”
A If using only 2 fabrics (making straps same as exterior fabric) - Cut, layer and quilt exterior, batting and lining as per pattern except pocket trim. Do not cut the quilted piece or the pocket trim.
B If using 3 fabrics (making straps with coordinating fabric) - Cut 9” from exterior and lining fabrics. Set aside for pocket trim to be cut later. - Layer and quilt remaining 1 ¼ yard exterior, batting & lining per pattern.
Straps and fusible fleece may be cut if you want to do that ahead.
