NPQML in Warwickshire National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership Shires Teaching School Alliance is one of 44 high-quality accredited national providers of the reformed NPQ qualifications. The programme will take 12-18 months to complete and you will be certified upon the successful submission and assessment of a school-based project.
18 hours of face-to-face learning Regular sessions with your own coach 3 hours of pre-session self-study Online learning In-school development project Experience new contexts, with time for reflection and change
The programme includes a 360° diagnostic test based around the seven leadership behaviours focused on throughout the programme: Commitment; Collaboration; Personal Drive; Resilience; Awareness; Integrity; Respect Who should attend? You should be a middle leader in a school with the responsibility of leading a team, for example: a key stage leader a curriculum area leader a pastoral services leader a subject leader a head of department
