Diet Formulator v2.0 • Major additions include: 4) Excretion model to provide level of intake, retained and excreted nutrients for each diet. Provides level of excreted nutrients, does not formulate on economic value of excreted nutrients relative to feed ingredients selected for formulation

Allows for individual or multiple diet comparisons of nutrient excretion and manure value Can evaluate economics of manure relative to commercial fertilizer cost Total nutrients excretion by group reported, can be used in nutrient management plan development. 6
