navigating the gradebook
NAVIGATING THE GRADEBOOK The Gradebook in Show My Homework makes it easy to see, at a glance, the progress of your students as they work through the tasks you have set. Here’s a quick introduction:
Accessing the Gradebook: From your home page, select the Gradebook icon from your toolbar.
The first thing you’ll need to do is select the class group you’d like to view from the drop-down filter. You can also filter this view by subject, type of task, year group, or date using the filters at the top. You’ll then see a grid with a list of all of the students in the class on the left, and the last ten tasks for the class across the top.
To view details about the assignment, click on the due date. To view older tasks, use the arrow to the left of the page to step back through another ten tasks. You can also click on the Excel icon in the top right of the page to export the gradebook view to a spreadsheet.
