NEW CONSULTANT CHECKLIST This checklist is an important step in ensuring that you duplicate the right things when you start your business. Please walk through this list with your sponsor and initial each critical step to acknowledge that each one in launching your business is understood, scheduled and started. 1. You will get a website address: first name last name.arbonne.ca/com – this is what you will use to get onto Arbonne’s website, track your progress, sign up new ICs/PCs/Clients, enter orders for yourself and pcs/clients and so much more. 2. Schedule your 4 Launches & 1 Zoom Launch 1. 2. 3. 4.

Pick all of your 4 business launch dates with your sponsor right away. Your launches are your “on-the-job” training. These 4 launches should occur within the first 2 weeks of starting your business. Once they are scheduled, do not cancel them. Your Zoom Launch is going to help you tap into your market via distance. Your market in Arbonne is not just your neighbourhood. Think global.

5. 3. 100 person list

Start building your 100 Person List with your sponsor. Do not pre-judge. This is a brain dump exercise but it will also uncover your dream team prospects. See: 100 Person List Carry this list with you at all times and add names to it as you meet new people.

4. Start calling people (with your sponsor)

Using your 100 Person List, start calling to invite to your launches. See: How to Invite to a Launch

5. Write your “Why”

You will tell your “Why” at your launch events and to people you share Arbonne with. Every time you tell your story, your belief and focus will become stronger. See: My Why Story Template Practice your Why Story with your sponsor and on your own.

6. Get Organized/Set up your Office

Start a tax file for receipts, set up your personal voicemail with Arbonne message (cell phone) and create your email signature so people know you are in business. Login to your Arbonne website and set up your banking info and write your Arbonne story. Order your business cards from the Arbonne boutique and step/tester labels (for future ICs). Print out labels for sample packs, catalogues, etc. (can purchase labels from Dollar store) Colour code your calendar and start filling it with income producing activity.

7. Set up Prospect/Opportunity Folders

Get your Prospect/Opportunity Folders put together (minimum 5 to start) so that you’re prepared to share information with people who are interested in the business at your business launches and one on ones (always include a folder with each Gold Bag tester kit drop off). Print out at least 5 copies of each document listed below for Folders. In addition to the documents below also include EOA (Eye on Arbonne) stories, a business card and a catalogue if you wish. 8. Set your Goals

With your sponsor discuss what you want from your Arbonne business; your financial expectations and time availability. Every successful business and successful Arbonne IC sets goals each and every month (send to sponsor the 1st of each

10. Getting Started Training and IC Interview with Sponsor/Upline

At this meeting you will review our System for Success: what it takes to be successful in your Arbonne business and where to find additional information. The Source – check daily Team Facebook group for daily inspiration/updates. VPnation.ca (for prospects and consultants). Sponsor: Add to team Facebook group Sponsor: Getting Started Training Sponsor: IC Interview Sponsor: Review Incentives - Strong Start, AIT, GTC, CNTC, etc. Sponsor: Advise of Important Dates – GTC, CNTC, Region meetings, DA’s, etc.

11. Prepare for and Carry out your Launches

Review set-up requirements for Core Launch Presentation. Print out Client Profile/Order forms for each guest. Print out Open Date Card. Book One-on-One’s (4/week, 16/month) or 6-8 group presentations per month. Stop planning and just start doing! Plan to do 3 ASKS a day, 5 days a week. Schedule one-on-one’s with your top 5 prospects to include your sponsor.

16. First Day Club

Place your 150+ PQV order the first day of every month. This is about logging into your Arbonne account and engaging in your business the very first day of every single month. You will see what’s new, updates and set yourself up for a successful month. This is also your time to review your past month’s success, reset your goals (send to your sponsor) and map out your activity. Leaders go first. Always lead by example.

17. Invest in your Personal Development
