Church Planting missionaries in the city if Lima, Perú. Kathryn and I both attended Boston Baptist College and are currently serving in Perú as Baptist Bible Fellowship International T.E.A.M. Missionaries. As T.E.A.M. Missionaries, we have been able to work alongside veteran Missionaries

I was born into a Christian family and raised in Virginia. At the early age of 8, after a convicting sermon about Sin and its consequences, I accepted Jesus as my Savor. I came to Perú for the first time as a 14 year old boy on a missions trip with my local church. Soon after, I surrendered to be a Missionary to that same city. I have since been on 7 short term missions trips to Lima through our my high school, collage and adult life. Through these trips, I was able to learn about the need there is for the Gospel to be spread in this city! I attended Boston Baptist College and Louisiana Baptist University followed by a missions internship at my sending church, First Baptist Church, of Caldwell NJ in 2010. We were approved as BBFI T.E.A.M (Total Exposure Associate Missionaries) in September, 2011 and are up for approval as Career Missionaries in May of 2015. We will be returning to Lima in October. ’15 to officially launch the Church in Miraflores, Lima.
I was adopted into a Christian home and when I was an infant was raised in New Jersey. I also accepted Christ as my Savior at an early age; I was five when I realized my need for a Savior. It was also through a short term missions trip that I was called to Perú. I served on a medical missions team that went into the interior of the country. This trip was eyeopening to say the least. I was exposed to a level of need that I had never experienced in my life in America. I know that God wanted me to go into Missions specifically in Perú, I just didn’t know where yet. Several years later, in college, I met Elmo and knew almost instantly that God had been preparing me for a life of ministry in Perú alongside Elmo. We were married in 2007 and God has blessed us with a son, Elmo V or “Cinco” who was born in October of 2011. I am actively involved in leading the English conversation classes, discipleship of the young ladies and disciplining the new believers.

What We Believe
• We Believe in one God, maker of the Heavens and Earth. God consists on three beings, God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. • We believe that everyone is a sinner and without the atonement of Jesus’ death everyone is destined for hell. • We Believe that Jesus Christ died a substitutionary death for the sins of the entire human race. This death provides salvation that is freely offered to every person who places their faith in Jesus. • We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God. We believe that the Bible is the ultimate authority in our ministry and in our lives. • We believe in Local Church. We believe that if the world is going to be reached, it is going to be through the local church. • We believe the Local Church is a group of Saved, Baptized believers that joins together to fulfill the Great Commandment given to us; that is to Evangelize the entire world.
