Open the invitation email from Tradeshift Click the green button to start the signup process.

Verify company information Verify your company details including company name and country.

Confirm company information Once you have verified the company information is correct, click the blue “Confirm” button to move to the next step.

Verify account details You will also need to verify the account details. You can change the email address to whomever the primary user should be. This is the only email address that will be receiving POs.

Create account After verifying your account details, click the blue “Create account” button.

Now you are in Tradeshift. If the left side menu becomes a narrow strip, click the (three horizontal lines) to expand the menu.

Go to the preferences page to change the language

Click the Network menu to confirm you are connected to the appropriate Customer entity you do business with.

Complete your company’s profile by filling out the form that appears when you visit the profile page.

Click in the “Location” field to enter your company’s address…

ADM’s Invoicing Rules • ADM will not process paper or emailed copies of invoices • Invoice issue date should be no earlier than the current date • Invoice number should only contain letters and numbers • Valid PO number on the header level for PO-based Invoices • Corresponding PO line number on all lines of a PO-based invoice • Freight terms is filled out • Delivery Address (city and state) is filled out

Click the Task menu to view your Task List. Upon account activation you will see a list of suggested activities as part of “Getting Started”

Once you begin to receive PO’s from ADM, you will see the notification in your Task List. You can either Accept the PO or click on the “…” for more document options

As you save your work and create drafts of documents, you will also see a list of these in your Task List

Click “Edit Draft” to continue editing right where you left off. The date on the invoice is the invoice submission date, not the invoice date. You can enter the invoice date in the comments text box at the bottom of the invoice.

Click Documents menu to see a list of all of your documents

Click the magnifying glass icon to search your list of documents based on the value you enter

Only documents related to your search value will display.

Click “add your own” to add your own filter criteria. 2. Select a filter type such as “Document type” 3. Select your filter value, such as “Purchase order”. This example will display all Purchase Orders sent to you.

Once you have located a particular Purchase Order, click on the “. . .” to see more details on the document, and then click “View Document”

Note that this is another way to locate and view a document. This view of your document is the same if you had navigated to it via your Task List. Your Task List simply alerts you of recent account happenings and outstanding actions needed.

If you do not Accept the PO, you can Reject the PO and provide a reason in the Comment text box 1. 2.

Click “Other actions”, then Reject Input comments, then click “Reject” to reject PO

Click the green “Accept” button after reviewing details in the purchase order

When you are ready to send the invoice, click the “Create Invoice” button

A few notes… 1. Ensure the Invoice number matches your own Invoice Number (i.e. vendor’s invoice number). 2. Invoice date is the invoice submission date. You can include the actual Invoice date in the comments text box at the bottom of the Invoice page. 3. PO number will fill in automatically and should not be altered 4. Freight terms is a required free form text field for you to include the freight term details. 5. The Tax % field is required (if there is no tax, select 0%)

If you need to include discounts or charges such as freight, please enter them as header level discounts and/or charges instead of line items Adding lines will cause PO matching discrepancies, which will delay the processing and payment for your invoice

Remember the Delivery city and state are required fields You can include a message if needed You can add file attachments if needed Save as draft to continue at a later time (drafts will display under Task List)

You will receive error messages if the invoice has any issues

Tradeshift helps you to meet customer specific invoicing requirements, so that the invoice can be processed and paid faster

If you want to send a Credit Note, locate that invoice under the “Documents” menu, and then click on it to open.

Click “Other actions”, and then “Create Credit Note” to correct or cancel the invoice

Complete the credit note and scroll down to click “Send”

Click on your Company name in the lower left menu to navigate to your “Settings” page and then click “Notifications” to change the setting; then click “Add new email” to redirect notifications to another user

Enter a email address that you want to receive notifications, and check the type of notifications to be redirected

After adding a new email, notifications will be split among the provided email addresses. Please note that two different email addresses cannot receive the same type of notification.
