Dear Madam, Sir,
Nicole was a UX/UI Designer intern under my supervision for 4 months. And if I had it to do over, I would make the same choice again! She puts a great deal of enthusiasm in all her endeavors. Nicole adapted herself very fast to the working environment of the company; even if the amount of information to acquire was huge in a short period of time. She is a quick learner: she carefully listens and is not afraid to ask questions to clarify her doubts if any. Beside this, she gets the necessary distance when she is asked something and doesn’t hesitate to challenge and propose an alternative view rather than applying blindly. I appreciated her critical thinking. Conversely, when we ask her to re-examine her proposals, she is very open to hear it and to iterate until delivering an optimum level of experience to the users. As a designer, she was very creative. The several hats she wears were definitely a good asset for us. In summary, I would highly recommend working with her.
