2018 ELITE CAMP WHEN: SATURDAY, MAY 19TH WHERE: ELEAZER ARENA, NEWBERRY COLLEGE ELITE CAMP: 9AM-11:30AM
SHOOTING CAMP: 12PM-2PM
Newberry Basketball is one of the fastest and most exciting college basketball teams to watch teams in the country! Our staff would like to extend an invitation to our Elite and Shooting Camps to see if you have what it takes to play NEWBERRY BASKETBALL! Both camp sessions will feature drills and techniques that Head Coach Dave Davis and his staff use to prepare their players for competition. Elite Camp is offered to rising 9th-12th graders and is designed for players who are serious about playing collegiate basketball. It is often difficult to see every prospect during the short AAU evaluation period, and this camp would provide an excellent opportunity to get individual attention and instruction by the entire Newberry College Coaching Staff. Cost is $50. Shooting Camp is offered to rising 9th-12th graders and is designed to improve a player’s offensive game. Newberry and Coach Davis is known for having one of the most electrifying offensive teams in the country each year. Newberry has lead the country in Back to Back years in both Divisions I and II in 3-point field goals made, making 14.2 on average each game. Come learn how to shoot and score from some of the nations best! Cost is $50.
