Newsletter 10 In the words of Roald Dahl

“A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.” The children had an eventful day last Thursday, learning all about Roald Dahl and how he uses his stories to share moral values. We at Valley Invicta Primary at Holborough Lakes are embedding a culture of openness and kindness and the children have fully embraced our core values and recognise the importance of showing understanding towards one another. Thank you to all the parents who were able to make the shared story time last Thursday. We hope to arrange more in the new year.
