Children in Need th Children in Need is on Friday 13 November. Children are invited to come in dressed as their favourite nursery rhyme character to support Children in Need. You might also want to make a prop to bring in, eg. a paper mache egg (Humpty Dumpty). Please bring in a £1 donation to support the charity. Anti-Bullying Week th th Anti-Bullying Week is 16 - 20 November. Miss Hewitt will be running a parental workshop on Monday 23rd November 9:15-9:45am. The session will focus on defining bullying and it's various forms including cyberbullying. The Poppy Appeal In support of the Royal British Legion, the following items are available to raise funds for essential welfare work for our Service men and women, veterans, and their families. We will be observing 2 minutes silence in a th Remembrance Assembly on Wednesday 11 . It would be great to see all children wearing poppies for this service.
Year 6 trip Year 6 enjoyed an adventurous day of learning based around the work of children's author Edith Nesbit. The trip, which took place entirely outdoors, included drama, art, orienteering, storytelling, and toasting bread and marshmallows around an open fire. After School Activities The last week of after school activities this term will th be the week commencing 30 November.
SEND Coffee Morning As part of our next parent partnership learning week, we will be holding a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities drop in coffee morning on th Wednesday 11 November 2015, from 9:00am – 10:00am. We will try and answer any questions that you might have regarding SEND. New Reception Intake Open Morning th We will be holding an Open Morning on Tuesday 17 November, from 9.30am - 11am, for parents of children that will be starting Reception in September 2016. There will be a food tasting session from Chartwells so that you can sample our school dinners at 10.15am. School Photographs The deadline for orders for school photographs, with payment, is Wednesday 11th November.
